hello Guys,

I have list of client unassigned computers on WSUS server, i have try using wuauclt /detectnow and all other commands.

any help will be highly appreciated.

that is where computers that are reporting to the SUS server go if
they are not assigned to a specific group.

Do you have any groups in the SUS server, besides "all computers" and
"unassigned computers"? If not, then you have more than just a
problem of all your computers in the "unassigned computers" group

If you have other groups, then right-click on the computer you want to
move, select Change Membership. Place a checkmark next to the group
you want to move the computer into and click OK.

hey thanks for the reply

i have created groups, but when i checked the report for the unassigned computer it shows "this computer has not reported status yet"

can you please help me in this.

move the computer into the appropriate group
Have you authorized any updates for the group?
Have you turned on Automatic Updates on the comptuer?
Is it pointed to the SUS server?

I would strongly suggest you hit the Microsoft web site and search for
SUS to read how to set it up and configure it.
