We have our network configured with two separate IP address ranges (10.x x x
and 172.x.x.x). WSUS is installed on the 10.x.x.x range and the PC's on the
172.x.x.x range will not update. Updates are configured through group policy.
Is there some way to enable the PC's on the 172.x.x.x range to use the WSUS
service on the 10.x.x.x range?

You'll need to install some sort of 'routing' device to get the 10.x network
to talk to the 172.x network.

Or... you'll need to dual home the NIC on the WSUS server to both networks
.. assuming the WSUS server is physically connected to a switch/hub that
carries traffic for both subnets.
