comps on both downstream and parent servers

I recently added a downstream server at 2 of our remote locations. AD
is pointing them to update from the downstream servers, but they keep
recreating accounts on both the downstream server and the parent
server. Is that normal, or am I doing something wrong?

Do you have reporting rollup enabled?

Do you have reporting rollup enabled?

Yes we do.

Then it's normal. Reporting Rollup will replicate computer status
information for every client of every downstream replica server to the
upstream master server.
